The Partnership’s home office is currently led by three vertical teams that balance service to schools with work at the home office. 

• The Academic Team manages and delivers our leadership development programs, supports school sites to develop key academic systems, and also focuses on aligned systems change efforts. This team includes academic directors, coordinators, and coaches in math and literacy who facilitate regular planning, coaching, modeling, and delivery of other instructional supports to schools. The team is intentionally organized in a way that allows for flexible groupings to support specific schools, grade levels, and content areas.
• The Operations Team supports school leaders to build their capacity as organizational leaders in the areas of school operations, talent, and data, collaborates with LA Unified counterparts, and supports aligned systems change functions. 
• The External Relations & Systems Change Team supports schools to build strong systems for family engagement and community partnerships and also focuses on generating influence and resources for schools through fundraising, advocacy, policy, and communications work.
